Mondou represents more than 500 employees working in more than 60 sites across Quebec. It is also the largest retail chain for pets’ products in the Province. Since 1938, we offer products, services and advices for pets’ well-being and health with a personalized approach. Each employee develops a complete knowledge of products provided in our stores thanks to our accurate and continuous internal education.

Our stores team is the largest group of jobs offered at Mondou and commits daily to provide our clients with the best customer experience. Various jobs are available in this great team, whether in-store jobs such as Advisors, Assistant Managers, Managers, Claw clipping atendants, District Sales Manager or staff to support headquarters operations.

Our marketing team is full of ideas to carry out various projects to promote our products and company. Among other activities, this team manages advertisement campaigns, promotes our private brand and ensures the presence of Mondou on social Medias, special events and the brand’s social implication.

Our teams are assigned in two distribution centers and make sure to ship goods in a rigorous way to our stores and to have a complete availability of products at all times. Employees daily walk our 100 000 square feet warehouses to prepare and manage orders while ensuring their quality and accuracy.

Mondou Academy

Our training academy provide every employee with the possibility of becoming expert in pets. Each formation is provided by counselors in animal health as canine and feline behaviors and covers a wide spectrum of knowledge. The topics covered in our training rooms are nutrition, pet care, products offered in our stores, pet’s behavior, management and more. Our training process also includes a program that certifies the completion of each of our classes to get a diploma in various fields.
